Their priorities, goals and free time are very different. We will present some of the differences in life style that mark these choices. We will share programs that have worked on other campuses and some simple changes that you can make to better meet the needs of these students . We will also present one of our most popular programs for you to actually participate in. Hint: it involves CHOCOLATE!

Too Much To Do And Not Enough Time!
Mark Blasco, University of Washington
Are you finding your desk overflowing? Does your email inbox have hundreds of messages in it? Does it seem like you are constantly trying to catch up, and never getting on top of things? Well, a different approach to organization and time management may be the solution. In this sessions we will talk about concepts and systems such as Inbox Zero, GTD, and others. Using the ideas discussed here you will be able to reduce the amount of time you spend just wondering through the forest of paperwork, and give you more time to get things done. These ideas are so powerful they can even help you to win the lottery!*

*note: There is no evidence demonstrating that these techniques will help you win the lottery.
